Grown and produced in Central Otago, this wine is influenced by its blend of Thyme and River Rock surroundings. It offers fresh intense gooseberry and capsicum on the nose, which flows through to the palate leaving crisp flavours of lime, tropical richness and a hint of flintiness. It fills the palate giving a long lingering zesty acidity on the back palate.
