A lighter zesty styled Pinot with hints of caramel, black pepper and spices. Hand picked from two small blocks, twice fermented, hand pressed, and aged in oak barrels, the wine has a slightly wooded oak flavour and has a light zesty tingle appeal to the palate. Uniquely different.
