Inspired by old Tommy Owen-Cooper, the father and father inlaw of the founders of River Rock Estate. Tommy loved having a glass of port or two with Joy before retiring of an evening. Sadly Tommy's now gone to that great fishing spot in the sky, but the legend lives on. Made with Pinot Gris Grapes, slight whiskey characteristics, orange on colour and style with a smooth sweet finish. Barrel aged for twelve years. 375mls
